By booking or participating in a tour or service provided by I'm Here Travels, a Philippines based company you agree to these terms and conditions outlined below. Your booking contract will be direct with I'm Here Travels and your tour will be operated by I'm Here Travels, third parties are involved for external activities.
1. Booking Contract
Once your booking is complete, confirmed and the full deposit amount has been paid there is a contract officially in place with I'm Here Travels. Upon confirmation please check at the earliest convenience that all information is correct and names are precisely as stated on your passport. In order to make a booking you must be at least 18 or older at the time the booking is made.
2. Required Medical Information
When booking a tour with I'm Here Travels you must provide information of any medical conditions you may have. Medical forms will be requested to be completed for some of the tours as some activities such as canyoneering in the Philippines can be strenuous. By completing the medical form you agree that all information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
I'm Here Travels reserves the right to seek professional opinions if they see fit for your safety and the safety of all other guests. I'm Here Travels reserves the right to deny you permission to travel or participate in certain activities if they believe you are a risk to yourself and/or others.
If you fail to complete the required medical forms or provide accurate medical information then I'm Here Travels reserves the right to cancel your booking and all cancellation fees will apply.
3. Special Requirements
Guest’s must provide information of any special requirement’s they may need throughout the tour to I'm Here Travels at the time of the booking so as we can work at the best of our abilities to ensure we can cater for them, these requests will also be passed on to our third party contractors if needed, please note that if the third party agrees at the initial booking but fails to comply I'm Here Travels are not liable. All food allergies should be stated at the time of booking so that I’m Here Travels can ensure particular restaurants are chosen before the tour begins.
4. Age Requirements
Although the main age demographic for I'm Here Travels is 18-35 any guests under the age of 18 will be classified as a minor therefore must always be accompanied by an adult.
Any adult who accompanies a minor on any tour is responsible for the behaviour, wellbeing and supervision of the minor in question. We at I'm Here Travels do not provide care services for minors on any tour and will not be chaperoning or controlling any minors.
5. Insurance Requirements
All travellers must obtain travel insurance before joining any of the tours provided by I'm Here Travels, said travel insurance must have a minimum cover for medical and evacuation of £150,000. We strongly advise that you check your coverage that it covers cancellation cost, lost baggage or gadgets, damage, delay or any inconvenience whilst traveling. It is up to the guest to inform their insurance provider the type of travel, the destination, activities included and any other information that may be relevant. We at I'm Here Travels suggest safety wing as a reputable insurance provider for our guests.
6. Pricing and Taxes
Once a booking has been made and the deposit has been paid in full I'm Here Travels will not increase the price of any tour. For certain types of bookings, I'm Here Travels may reduce the cost of the booking for example early bird prices for the first 8 bookings or black Friday sales.
Please note that any bookings made during Black Friday sales or other promotional sale periods at a discounted rate are strictly non-refundable.
7. Validity
Dates posted, Itineraries and prices can be changed at anytime before a booking is made, prices then stated at the time of booking will be confirmed.
It is guest’s responsibility to stay up to date with information regarding the tour through our website, social media and group chats as minor changes may be made to the tour prior to the start date.
8. Risk
In booking with I'm Here Travels you acknowledge that the type of trips we offer aren’t your typical trip, our tours are adventurous and therefore involve a certain level risk. We will be touring areas with complete different political/cultural beliefs you have never experienced before and weather different to what you are used to which may present certain dangers. However our staff always stay up to date with current events and relevant information in the regions our tours operate in so we can asses certain situations.
9. Deposits and Payment
At the time of booking a deposit of £200, £250 or £300 is required to be paid directly to I’m Here Travels. Deposits are non-refundable. Payments on top of the deposits are refundable up to 60 days before the tour start date.
Full payment must be settled no later than 60 days (2 months) before the tour start date to avoid booking cancellation.
Some of the tours provided by I'm Here Travels may require full payment depending on the time of booking i.e. if the booking is made close to the start date. I'm Here Travels offers payment plans and depending on the time of the booking can range from four instalments, three instalment’s, two instalments to one full payment.
*For all bookings made before August 26, 2024, deposits are fully refundable. After this timeframe, the deposit becomes non refundable.
10. Details for Booking
Upon booking a tour with I'm Here Travels we reserve the right to request relevant information. If guest’s fail to comply with this and don’t provide accurate information for air tickets and activities etc the guest will then be liable for any additional costs incurred. With each tour the information required can change from time to time, if and when there is any changes we at I'm Here Travels will inform you well in advance. I'm Here Travels in not liable for any costs that arise from human error, Inaccuracies in the information, late or incomplete information.
11. Airfare
With all tours at I'm Here Travels we do not include the price of international flights in and out of whatever country you are travelling to. As some of our tours have internal flights these will be non-refundable due to late cancelation or guest missing there flight.
Please be advised that I'm Here Travels only acts a third party agent with flight providers throughout the tours, we are not responsible for flight changes and nor are we responsible for conveying this information for international flights.
12. Guest Cancellation or Changes
Guests may cancel their booking at any time by notifying I’m Here Travels via email or social media. Any applicable cancellation fees will be determined based on the time frame between the cancellation date and the tour start date.
Reservation Fee & Payment Terms
• Reservation fee is non-refundable but can be used for rebooking
• Other payments refundable with 10% deduction (bank/admin fees)
Cancellation & Refund Policy
• 100 days or more before the tour start date:
A 100% refund will be issued, minus bank and administrative charges.
• 60–99 days before the tour start date:
A 50% refund will be issued, minus bank and administrative charges.
• 59 days or less before the tour start date, or after the tour start date:
No refund will be issued.
All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated above.
If guests book Arrival Transfers, Pre-Night and/or Post-Night Accommodations, private rooms, or optional activities that I’m Here Travels arranges through third-party providers, these bookings will be subject to the same cancellation and refund conditions outlined above.
Booking Changes
If a guest wishes to make changes to any part of their booking after the initial confirmation, they must inform I’m Here Travels as soon as possible. While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate requested changes, this cannot be guaranteed. If changes are possible, the guest agrees to cover any additional costs incurred. Please note that the closer the request is made to the departure date, the higher these costs may be.
13. I’m Here Travels Cancellation or Changes
If a tour is cancelled by I'm Here Travels prior to the start date due to circumstances that is not caused by fault or negligence of the customer they will be offered

a) A substitute tour in the same region worth the same value

b) A substitute tour in the same region worth less value and the difference collected from I’m Here Travel’s

c) Full refund returned to customer for cancelled tour
If a tour is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances after the tour has already commenced that is not caused by fault or negligence of the customer, they will be offered

a) A travel credit which can be applied to any tours offered by I’m Here Travels

b) A refund minus the costs of days already passed.
If a tour is changed by I’m Here Travel’s we will inform guests right away and will provide options for guests if they are not happy

a) Accept the changes and proceed with the booking

b) Book another tour of similar value, or greater value (Guests are liable for additional costs)

b) Book another tour of lesser value (refund of the difference will be issued to the guest)
14. Travel Documents
It is the guest’s responsibility for obtaining and keeping hold of all the relevant documents, identification required for entry and departure of the country in which the tour is operated. With every tour this will include a Passport that has validity until 6 months or more post tour, relevant visas for entering the country, Vaccination certificates (if required) and Insurance policies. Booking with I'm Here Travels you agree that all the costs of said documentation is covered by you the guest and not I'm Here Travels, guest are also responsible for keeping track of the whereabouts of such documents and I’m Here Travel’s is not liable for any destruction or loss of these documents. In obtaining these document I;m Here Travels is not liable for any errors that may occur due to human error or other circumstances.
15. Additional Services and Activities
The majority of tours offered by I'm Here Travels offers additional services and additional activities for free days, these are not included in the cost of the initial tour and are provided by third parties. In booking with I’m Here Travel’s you agree that any assistance in booking said additional services or activities is purely at your own request. I'm Here Travels is not liable for any loss or damages, inconveniences, injuries, illness, emotional distress that may occur from an additional service or activity.
16. External Tours
If guest wish to go off on their own on free days and decide to book an external trip that is not through one of I'm Here Travels third parties they do at their own risk. I'm Here Travels is not liable for any damages or inconveniences that may occur from said tour and the fault will lie with this external party.
17. Images and Marketing
Booking with I'm Here Travels you agree that while participating in a tour, photos and videos may be taken by I'm Here Travels, other participants or potential affiliates that feature you. You agree that any photos taken by I'm here Travels, third parties or affiliates may be used for marketing or promotional purposes royalty-free.

19. Complaints
We at I’m Here Travel’s wish to ensure that all our guests have the trip of a lifetime without any problems or inconveniences that may take away from the joy of the trip, however if guests’ do have a problem they wish to discuss further please do not hesitate to approach your group leader in order to resolve the matter quickly. If you are not satisfied still you can contact I'm Here Travels head office at info@imheretravels.com. Please note we are not liable for any complaints you may have with third parties but our group leader and office staff will assist at the best of our ability to resolve the issue as quick as possible.
